Sometimes I’ll use shrimp instead of chicken. I use butter instead of oil and I also put a touch of Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper to the cream. Sooo good. I can make this for a large gathering and triple it then keep it in oven on warm until time to eat and my noodles are done.5 stars

When I added the Parmesan, it started to look “piecy” as opposed to creamy. Not sure what happened as I grated the Parmesan myself. The flavor was still excellent, and I added mushrooms —just not AS pleasing to the eye as yours. Thanks for the recipe! Will be making again.
